The number of ways of making an object travel faster than a bullet are few. This idea behind Hammer is not new as such, but it has been ignored and overlooked. I have looked at its particular problems, very deeply, investigated as many aspects as I could perceive, and fully believe it could be translated into a practical large scale technology; it should be looked at with a view to fulfilling its potential. How it works is a secret secret secret for the present. It has already endured blind indifference from the few that have seen it. If your name is Elon Musk, or Richard Branson, maybe Jeff Bezos et al, then you would do well to look into this further. You have nothing at all to lose and much to gain.
PROJECT SKYLANCE
Skylance is an offshoot project concept for Lunar Hammer. The Hammer is theoretically capable of launching projectiles at Moon escape velocity. If the engineering design spec of a Hammer can be turned up to 11, just another notch, then there would be the means to create artificial meteors. Skylance is an art project, since there is not much use for artificial meteors other than to create a spectacle. The manifestation is not meteors from on high, like this Japanese led project, but a streak of light upwards into the sky, not down from it.

PROJECT NUCLEAE
This personal sci-art project is here because it inspired the notion of assembling a space station out of magnetic blocks. I had already investigated bit by bit construction analogous to 3D printing, but then one day I was sorting through some boxes and I looked inside one containing pieces for Nucleae. I saw a jumble of magnets and things containing magnets and the penny dropped. Suddenly, diverse ideas unified into a holistic vision.
